SOLUTION
We designed a custom gripper end of arm tooling device capable of rotating 180° horizontally and flipping 180° vertically.
An automotive manufacturer required a solution capable of maneuvering heavy transfer cases with precise rotational control. With a 50 kg lifting capacity, the system allows efficient and controlled movement of transfer cases.

The solution improved productivity, reduced injury risk, and meets or exceeds OSHA, OHSA, and MOL Construction Regulation 213 standards.
