Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders

The simple defintion of a work-related musculoskeletal disorder is “Musculoskeletal Disorders or MSDs are injuries and disorders that affect the human body’s movement or musculoskeletal system (i.e. muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, discs, blood vessels, etc.). Common MSDs include: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.” So you can any job that requires lots of repetitive motions can in turn cause a work-related muscoskeletal disorder.
