SOLUTION
We designed a custom portable cart mover with magnetic attachments to streamline the sheet-handling process.
The system combines a RonI cart, permanent earth magnets, and a battery-powered lift, tilt, and rotate mechanism to safely handle metal back panels.
This Magnetic Sheet Lifter allows a single operator to lift, maneuver, and precisely position painted metal sheets directly from an A-frame cart into a large metal cabinet. The system can safely and efficiently handle loads of up to 285 lbs, significantly improving workflow and safety.
