R&D Ergo designed and built this custom lift assist for a local major automotive manufacturer.
R&D Ergo was commissioned to design and build a lift assist to lift and power tilt an 18kg rear differential assembly from the shipping dunnage container and drop it off onto a shuttle pallet in an assembly cell.
This system meets or exceeds OSHA, OHSA and MOL Construction Regulation 213.
