Overhead Crane System

IAn overhead crane system is an excellent choice to improve ergonomics at your workplace, if your industrial work process involves repetitive lifting tasks. Since it works using overhead rails, apart from reducing manual handling and the associated physical hazards, it also allows you to retain your floor space and layout flexibility.

MovoMech offers a complete range of deep-anodized extruded aluminum rail systems to reduce worker effort and address sanitation requirements. This overhead crane system can support a wide array of manipulators, powered drive trolleys, hoists, and handling devices. This really helps maximize its value as an ergonomic material handling tool. The Mechlight Lift Aid System is a versatile lightweight overhead crane system that can lift loads up to 50 kg. It has a stroke of up to 1 or 2 meters and is mounted from a bridge or jib crane rail system. It is pneumatically balanced and controlled by a pilot control, direct drive, or by selection of 1, 2, or 3 permanent loads.
