The MOBI-Crane Lift Aid

Mobi-Crane This portable articulated jib crane will lift up to 185-lb. objects. Only one person is needed to move it using a standard portable pallet jack or fork truck.

A 24VDC power system provides cordless mobility. The built-in smart charger plugs in to a standard 110V outlet to recharge either in operation or when idle.

The articulating arm comes in 2 (6'-8") and 3-meter (10'-0") lengths with manually adjustable heights from 2160 mm. (7'-1") to 3150 mm. (10'-4"). It includes a large diameter leveling plate to accommodate most shop floors.

It is available as a Pneumatic Vacuum (PV), Mechanical (M), and MOBI-Arm model, to suit most material handling applications.

MOBI-Crane™ Series M (Mechanical)

The MOBI-Crane™ M offers the ability to select various mechanical grippers for quick adaptability to any job. With an adjustable height from 1750 to 2740 mm. and an arm length of 2 or 3 meters, the MOBI-Crane provides a wide coverage area. It is a fully mobile mechanical crane and requires no external power source.

MOBI-Crane™ Series PV (Pneumatic/Vacuum)

The Pneumatic Vacuum (PV) is designed to provide safe and fast vacuum suction to grip goods with a somewhat porous surface such as carton or paper boxes. The MOBI-Crane PV requires a 6 bar (90 psi) air supply to operate the built in Mach 2+ supersonic vacuum ejector.

MOBI-Arm:

MOBI-Arm uses the same base and mast arrangement as the MOBI-Crane (M) and (PV), but offers the ability to suspend a vacuum tube lifter or other hoist from the articulating arm.
